Robert R. Rothstein, M.D. (Chairman) - Dr. Rothstein is the Emergency Department Director of Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. He is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Medicine and did his Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Chicago. He is the past director of the ABEM and past Chair of EM at Harbor UCLA. Dr. Rothstein has authored over 40 publications in peer review journals and textbooks and has been a practicing emergency physician for over 30 years.
Michael Gioseffi (Chief Executive Officer) - Mr. Gioseffi has over 25 years of Senior Leadership experience serving as President and CEO of various Public and Private enterprises. Mike served as President of two Roper Industries (NYSE ROP) businesses, Roper Mobile Technology and Redlake MASD, Inc. Mike holds a Bachelor Degree in Geology from the College of Wooster, Wooster Ohio and a Masters of Business Degree from Monmouth University,Long Branch, New Jersey.
Barton W. Leonard, M.D. (Chief Medical Officer) - Dr. Leonard is a practicing emergency physician and is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. He is a graduate of the School of Medicine of George Washington University and performed his Emergency Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Leonard's fields of expertise include graphic design, medical coding and billing.
Ron Spoltore (Board Member) - Mr. Spoltore has more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. Ron was a senior vice president for Eclipsys Corporation, an information technology services company serving the healthcare industry. Before Eclipsys, he served as group vice president for the medical solutions division of Siemens A.G. Ron earned a Bachelor Degree in finance and business administration from LaSalle University and a Masters of Business Administration from Lehigh University.
Justin Schaper (Chief Technology Officer) - Mr. Schaper has over 25 years in information technology, including 5 years in space science computing, 10 years in manufacturing enterprise systems and over 10 years in healthcare. He is the principal architect of multiple clinical information systems, including clinician documentation, clinical decision support systems, and AI based diagnostic systems. Mr. Schaper has held CIO, CTO, CEO and Director level positions at technology companies including PSR, Quadramed Healthcare, WynTec, Care Systems, General Informatics, Integrated Medical Networks and Mastersource.
Dan Cooper (Chief of Technical Support) - Mr. Cooper is an accomplished IT Operational and Technical Leader with over 25 years of experience. Dan is recognized as an expert of HIT application development, having lead the development effort of several Disease Management, Electronic Health Record, Electronic Information Exchanges, and Claims management solutions. Recently, Dan led a team of software developers to implement a solution chosen by CIO Magazine as the most innovative uses of technology in the healthcare industry. He is on the board of several advisory groups and holds an advanced degree in Information and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
